Error 2940 occurs when the number of weeks that regular childcare provision is open is either missing or not within the range of 1 to 38. To resolve this, navigate to School > School Details, edit the Childcare places to input the correct number of weeks, save the changes, and regenerate the census.
The number of weeks in which regular childcare provision is open is missing or out of the range of 1 to 38.
1. Go to School > School Details
2. Click on your Childcare places to Edit.
3. Add or edit the number of weeks open to the correct amount.
4. Save your changes then regenerate your census.
