Error 2930 occurs when the childcare service provider is not specified for on-site childcare. To resolve this, navigate to School Details, edit Childcare places, check the on-site childcare box, select a provider, save changes, and regenerate the census.
The service provider of childcare for on-site childcare is missing.
1. Go to School > School Details
2. Click on your Childcare places to Edit.
If you tick the Child care on-site box, you need to fill in the Child care provider drop-down.
Once filled in, save your changes then regenerate your census.
