When you're sending an email as yourself through Arbor, this will use the default work email set in the Contact Details section of your profile.
Similarly, any emails you send on behalf of the school are taken from the school email address which is set by going to School > School Details and scrolling down to the Contact Details section.
As only one email can be set as the default, it's not possible to send from another email address unless this is amended to your default address.
