You may want to delete communications if:
- Your school sent out incorrect communications - please also see: Can we recall an email, SMS or in-app message?
- You have received a reply and have completed any follow-up actions needed - please also see: Setting an action flag
You can delete communication drafts.
Once sent, it is not possible to delete emails, SMS or in-app messages (inbound or outbound) from the Communication Log. This is because you should keep this record in case it is needed for legal matters.
