Pupil with an EHC plan should not receive full-time education in an unregistered setting.
Please check the Educational Institution recorded, and determine if they are an educational institution or not. If they are not, the student should not be linked to them.
To check Educational Institutions recorded in your Arbor site, follow these steps:
- Go to School > Linked Organisations > Educational Institutions.
- Click on an Education Institution to check its details and confirm if it is a registered educational setting.
Educational institutions would be expected to have some or all fields in the Educational Institutions Details field to be filled in. Check the GIAS website and/or Companies House website for any missing details, or contact the Educational Institution directly to get this information to fill in the fields.
