Staff member's NPQH qualification is not pulling through
Depending on where your school is located, England or Wales, NPQH qualifications are added to staff profiles differently. In Wales, schools need to record for every staff member whether they hold an NPQH or not for the School Workforce Annual Census (SWAC), so this is recorded with a Yes/No tick box that by default is set to No. For English schools, NPQH is recorded as a standalone qualification.
The questions relating to NPQH require the staff counts to be split based on the staff member's religious faith.
- Catholic will include staff who "have been baptised or received into the Catholic Church".
- Other will include staff who are "of other faiths or none".

Add in the details, choosing 'Certificate in Education or Equivalent' for the type and 'NPQH' as the name, set a date awarded, and save.
Wales
