My Support Staff Members aren't pulling through to the CES Census

To ensure Support Staff Members appear in the CES Census, verify that their business role is correctly set in their staff profile under Current Business Roles. Select the CES Support Category, assign a category, and save changes.

If your Support Staff Members are not pulling through into the Education Support Staff list in the Categories Listed in Guidance section of the CES Census, check they have the business role set:

  1. Go to the staff profile and scroll down to Current Business Roles.
  2. Click on CES Support Category.
  3. Set a category and then Save Changes.
