Guardian Consultations on the student profile

The Parental Engagement section on the student profile shows you all Guardian Consultations or Parent's Evenings that are available to book for the child.

Permissions

You'll need the Guardian Consultations: Administer permission to perform the steps below - if you don't have this permission you can ask your team to assign it to you using these instructions.

Click on a booked meeting, or one not yet scheduled to:

• Delete the meeting if no meeting is needed for this student. Top Tip: This won't delete the overall Guardian Consultation or meetings for other students and guardians.
• Add a note and decide whether parents and guardians can view this not on the Parent Portal or Parent App.
• Click More information to go to the meeting overview

Top Tip on the Allow duplicate scheduling field:

• This field will show Yes if Allow separate meetings was ticked when setting up the Guardian Consultation. This means that guardians can book a meeting at a different time from another guardian.
• This field will show No if Allow separate meetings was unticked when setting up the Guardian Consultation. This means that guardians cannot book separate meetings.

Click on the Schedule or Reschedule meeting button to book a timetable slot for the meeting.
