If required, you can change the date range Arbor uses when generating the ILR.
- By default, Arbor derives the date range from the start of the academic year until the reference date of an given ILR return (or the return date, if no reference date exists).
- If this setting is turned on, Arbor will instead use the date range of 1st August - 31st July for the school year that the return belongs to.
Please note that you should only change your date ranges if your academic calendar year runs from 1st August to 31st July.
- To turn this on, go to School > Data > Export > Export Options.
- Click into the ILR Return tab.
- Click on Use full year as date range for ILR Returns.
- Change the drop-down to Yes.
- Click Save.
