Taking Payments via Arbor

To take payments on Arbor for Meals or otherwise, your school will also need to open the Parent Portal. This is essential as parents will log into the Parent Portal to make their payments. Therefore, you'll need to complete training for the Meals, Payments and Parent Portal modules.

Parent Meal Choices

If you want parents to make meal choices for their children (available in our Perform package), you'll again need to open the Parent Portal. Parents will access the Parent Portal to submit their choices. In this scenario, you'll require training for both the Meals and Parent Portal modules. If you'll be using this method and taking Payments via Arbor you'll also need to complete Payments training
