Error 3110 occurs for students born on 01/04/2021 and is resolved upon upload to COLLECT. It may also arise if a 30-hour code is incorrectly assigned to ineligible students. To address this, review the student's extended hours and 30-hour code through the Bulk Update feature.
Known Error 3110: Students with a DOB of exactly 01/04/2021 may cause error 3110. This error will disappear on upload to COLLECT.
A 30-hour code has been entered where the pupil is not in the eligible age range or in year groups 'E1', 'E2', 'N1' or 'N2', or extended hours are missing.
Arbor Solution:
- Go to Students > All Students > Bulk Update > Bulk Update Funded Hours
- Click on the student and review their extended hours.
- Review the 30 hour code.
