If you see this error in COLLECT, this is a genuine error and will need to be resolved in Arbor.

If a student's age is 2 or 3 they should not be enrolled in NC Year R. Please review student enrolment:

  1. Go to the student's profile
  2. Click on Enrolment on the left
  3. Review the year group the student is enrolled in
  4. If the year group is correct, go to Students > Enrolment > Year Groups and make sure the year group has a Curriculum Grade selected.

If the student has been held back, you must explain why when submitting a validation note on submission of your census. In this case, you wouldn't be able to remove the query.
