On-the-day Meal error 1875 (Spring census only)

Error 1875 occurs when the school lunch data is missing or invalid on Census day. To resolve this, navigate to the census section in Arbor, select the relevant census, and input the number of meals taken on that day.

School lunch taken is missing or invalid.

Please note this error can only be resolved on Census day itself.

Arbor Solution:

Go into your census via School > Data > Export > Data Returns. Select the relevant census and on the slide over choose School Census
Select Meals on the left-hand side menu
This will take you to a screen where you can add the number of meals taken on the day with school meals
