To view a student's attendance from a previous school, access their profile and navigate to Attendance > Previous Schools. This section provides an overview of attendance percentages and session counts but does not allow for detailed breakdowns, edits, or bulk reporting. Marks from previous schools will not appear in the Marks (by date) section.
1. To see student's attendance from their previous school, go to the student's profile.
2. Select Attendance > Previous Schools from the left-hand menu.
This will only give you an overview of percentage marks for Present, Authorised and Unauthorised absences, along with the number of sessions they attended.
Please note that it is not possible to:
- see a further breakdown of their marks beyond this.
- edit the marks.
- report on these marks in bulk in the Custom Report Writer.
The Marks (by date) section of the student profile is for Arbor-entered marks only. Any marks from a previous school will not appear here, even if they joined your school mid-way through the year.
