Migrating from Cloud School (Progresso) - Primary Onboarding

You'll need to send us your Cloud School (Progresso) backup on your agreed migration day. If you're not sure of your migration date, please click Contact Us in the top right of the Help Centre and select Onboarding, migration and moving to Arbor. The team will be able to advise you of your migration date.

Requesting a backup

Arbor migrates your data directly from your Cloud School (Progresso) account. As such, you do not need to request anything from Progresso.

Providing access to your data

Logging in to your secure portal

Arbor will send two emails to your nominated Project Lead. The emails can be sent on to another appropriate staff member/IT Lead if you will not be carrying out the upload yourself.

After your Kick-Off, you will receive two emails from Arbor:

  1. The first email will contain a link to your schools unique secure portal and a username you will use to log into the portal.
  2. The second email will contain the password to log in to the portal.

You should expect to receive your access to our secure portal during week 3 of your onboarding journey, so if you have not received these emails, please click Contact Us in the top right of the Help Centre and select Onboarding, migration and moving to Arbor.

Enter your details into the secure portal

To start the migration you'll need to input some login details for your Cloud School (Progresso) system. There are two types of credentials for Progresso:
Login credentials - these are used for day-to-day use of the system.
API credentials - you will need API credentials in order to complete your migration, so please enter these into your Secure Upload Portal to allow us to start migrating the data to Arbor.

  • Progresso API Credentials Username
  • Progresso API Credentials Password

That’s it! Now you just need to sit back and relax. Unless there is a problem (such as an incorrect password), the next you will hear from us is when your new Arbor site is ready!
