This article provides instructions on how to generate attendance reports for students with 10% or more absences. It explains how to download a report template, change the percentage filter, and adjust the report to show termly or weekly attendance data.
A persistently absent child is one who misses school 10% or more of the time. If you'd like to see a list of all your students who have had 10% or more percentage absences this year, you can use our Less than 90% Attendance Report Template.

How do I change the %
Need to change the percentage of absence to look for? Just click to edit your report, and change the filter value.
How do I change this to a termly report?
Click Edit and click into the columns. Change the date to this term or last term.
Make sure you change the filter to the same date range.
How do I change this to a weekly report?
Click Edit and click into the columns. Change the date to this week or last week.
