What end date should I use when off rolling leavers?

When completing Step 2 of the New School Year Setup process, you can add leaving dates and destinations for your year 6, year 11 or year 13 students in bulk.

Step 1 - Off-Roll your leavers and end an end date and leaving reason
Step 2 - Use the bulk actions to add a destination school
