Viewing SEN Information
When you are in the Lesson Dashboard Overview page, you will see a table of your currently enrolled students in this class.
In the table, there is a SEN Support column automatically added. This is a default set column and will not need to be added manually.
This column will predominantly show the students' SEN Status. However, when you click on this, it will present the students
- Student information
- SEN Status (and the date it started)
- SEN Needs
- SEN Notes
Note: It is possible to hide the SEN support column through de-selecting it in the Hide Columns option of the table.
For a full list of ways you can view SEN information, please refer here: Viewing SEN information
Adding Access arrangements (other columns)
On your lesson dashboard, above your list of students, you should be able to see a drop-down menu titled Add Columns.
In this dropdown there will be a list of additional columns you can add:
- Access Arrangements- current Access Arrangements set for the student (excluding In-house Access Arrangements).
- FSM- either a tick/cross for if they are FSM or not.
- House
- Registration Form
- Todays neutral behavioural incidents
You can select whichever column you would like to see, then click Apply, and that context will appear next to student names for this lesson from now on.
If you do not have the ability to add or hide any of these columns yourself, your school has probably chosen to centrally set which columns show as a default. Please ask your school admin staff to change them using these instructions.
Note: If one of these columns is not available to select in the drop down, this will be due to your Lesson settings. You will need to navigate to Students > Enrolment > Academic > Lesson Settings and enable this.
For more information on this please refer to the Lesson settings guide.
