Error 4110 occurs when the family name is missing or contains consecutive spaces. To resolve this, edit the staff member's profile to ensure the Legal and Preferred Last Name are correctly filled without double spaces, then save the changes.
Error Message: Family Name is missing or has two or more consecutive spaces.
Resolution:
- Go to the staff members profile
- Click on the staff member name in the Identity section
- Click on the Edit button
- Review the Legal and Preferred Last Name, making sure there aren't double spaces
- Click Save Changes
