4226Q: Where a start date is present, and the census date minus the start date greater than 100 days, then Disability should not be equal to 'NOBT'
To avoid this error and query, ensure you have recorded a disability status for staff who started at the school 100 or more days before the census date.
Any staff members who have been with the school for 100 days or more need to have a Disability Status recorded if they are included in your census. Staff members can refuse to provide the information, but it should be asked for. Refusal should be recorded as 'Refused' (REFU), not as 'Information not yet obtained' (NOBT) or left blank.
