Error 4562: If staff member is not paid by a Daily Rate, then Pay Range must be included.
This error crops up if the pay scales assigned to staff members who are not on a Daily Rate do not have a Pay Scale with a Pay Range assigned to their contract.
To fix this error:
- Ensure staff who are included in the workforce census have a Pay Scale linked to their contract, not only a custom FTE amount. See how to record salary details on staff profiles here: Add salary details
