Error 4588

Error 4588 occurs when the leaving reason is 'Deceased' but the destination is not set to 'Other'. To resolve this, check the staff profile and ensure the destination is correctly set.

Error Message: If the leaving reason is 'Deceased' then Destination must be 'Other'.

Resolution:

  1. Go to the staff profile
  2. Click on Contracts on the left
  3. Review staff members' leaving reason and destination. If Leaving Reason equals Deceased then Destination must equal Other
