Why have the hours saved as 0?

This article explains the correct formats for entering hours in Arbor, highlighting the need for decimal format (e.g., 1.5) in some areas and the HH:MM format (e.g., 01:30) in others. It emphasizes the importance of using the correct format to ensure accurate saving of hours, particularly for Early Years, Nursery students, and staff contracts.

In some areas of Arbor, hours and minutes need to be put in decimal format, such as 1.5. An example of this would be on the National Tutoring Programme page.

Other areas of Arbor need to have hours and minutes put in this format 00:00 with a colon between. Here an hour and a half (1.5 hours) should be input as 01:30. Here are some places where you might need to add hours in this format:

You need to use the correct format of two numbers, a colon, then two more numbers. For example, if you type 15.00, it will set the hours as 00:00 and the correct funded hours would not save for the students.
