UFSM is automatically applied in the background to all students that are enrolled in a Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 year group curriculum grade. You can see further details here: Set a student as Universal Free School Meals (UFSM)
This means there isn't an out of the box demographic specifically for Universal Free School Meals (UFSM) because it applies to every student in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2.
To view all UFSM students you can simply report on all students in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2.
To view students who are UFSM but not FSM (derived from background indicators) you can use the enrolment statistics page:
- Go to Students > Enrolment > Statistics
- Click the Change icon at the top of the page to enter the filter bar
- In Students who are... select the year groups for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
- Click and also who are... in green writing and enter Not FSM
- In Show data by... select Student
- Click Apply
This will provide you with a list of your students who are UFSM but not the standard FSM eligible (based on background indicators).
Alternatively, you can create a custom report and filter for your Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 students and Not FSM. You can see further details here: Creating bespoke reports in the Custom Report Writer
