You can see the pupils who are Ever 6 Free School Meals. This is determined by whether they have had Targeted FSM Eligibility status (before the 2026 FSM expansion, this would simply have been FSM) set on their Student Profile in the last 6 years. You can see how to add a student as FSM here: Adding Free School Meal (FSM) Eligibility
Since the 2026 changes to Free School Meals eligibility, FSM eligibility is split into three categories: Targeted FSM, Expanded FSM and Other FSM. Only Targeted FSM periods count towards Ever 6 and Pupil Premium; Expanded FSM and Other FSM do not.
If a student was previously Targeted FSM and is later recorded as Expanded FSM (or loses FSM eligibility altogether), they'll continue to appear on this list for the remainder of their original six-year Ever 6 window; moving to Expanded FSM does not remove an Ever 6 status that's already been triggered. See Managing the 2026 changes to Free School Meals (FSM) Eligibility for full details on the FSM categories.
As Ever 6 FSM is derived from Free School Meal eligibility, not Pupil Premium records, for definitive Pupil Premium eligibility and funding, always download your official Pupil Premium file from the DfE's Get Information About Pupils (GIAP) site.
Go to Students > Demographics > Derived Indicators. Select Background.
Click into the filters to select Ever 6 FSM.
You can also choose to choose the inverse of the demographic - in this example, it would show you everyone who is not ever 6 FSM.
You can view a list of students, including their names, year groups, registration forms, and the dates they start and stop being part of this demographic.
You can download the table, click on a student to view more details, or jump directly to their profile.
