If you have created automatic enrolments from a registration form, house, or teaching group and later need to move students around, follow these instructions.
Please note: Do not remove the automatic enrolment from the Registration Form to the related Registration Form Course. This is needed for taking statutory attendance. This is not a problem if your statutory attendance is covered by another class (for example, first period of the afternoon).

Removing automatic enrolment from a course
Go to the course in School > Programmes > Courses. Select the course.
On the Course overview, scroll down to the Enrolled students section, and change the drop down to Groups. Select the Teaching Group you wish to remove.
Click Edit in the slide over.
Select Keep to keep the students that are currently enrolled or Remove to remove all students that are automatically enrolled in the course from this Teaching Group. Click Delete.

Go to the course in School > Programmes > Year courses > Teaching Groups. Select the teaching group.
Select the course you wish to remove.
Click Edit on the slide over.
Select Keep to keep the students that are currently enrolled or Remove to remove all students that are automatically enrolled in the course from this Teaching Group. Click Delete.
