Cells in marksheets are given a colour based on how students are performing relative to their targets. They are given a judgement as to whether they are Above, At or Below their current target. This is done using Target Judgements, which you can see further detail on here: How do Target Judgement Rules work?
There is no built-in report which will enable you to report on Target Judgements for students.
However, if you use a number (rather than grade-based) assessment grading scale, you could:
- use calculated fields in the Custom Report Writer to compare current grades to targets: Using advanced calculated formula fields in the Custom Report Writer
- then colour-code them: Using conditional formatting in the Custom Report Writer to colour code your data
