Can we copy or duplicate a Report Card?

It is not possible to copy or duplicate External Report Cards or Custom Report Cards.

You can copy Arbor Report Cards (long and short), but please note that you can only do this within the academic year. You can see more information, and how to do this here: Copying report cards
