Schools have told us they want to be able to work on next year's Academic Calendar without this being seen too early.
A new setting show next academic year calendar has been added to ensure when you are working on your calendars they cannot be viewed before they are ready.
This setting is turned off by default, ensuring upcoming calendars are not immediately accessible.
Turning On and Off
To ensure a consistent user experience, this setting will also apply to Student and Parent Portals (web app).
You can find the setting under the Parent Portal Settings.
1. Go to Students > Parents & Guardians > Parent Portal Settings
2. Scroll to Calendar and Timetable
3. Click into Show Next Academic Year Calendar
4. Choose to turn on
5. Click Save Changes
Please note: If the Show next academic year setting is turned on or off for the Parent Portal, this change will also be applied to the Student Portal.
