This article provides instructions on the three ways that you can view students' dietary requirements, including: importing a template, viewing a specific section and viewing on a student's profile.
Permissions
You will need one of the following permissions to view/edit Dietary Requirements:
- Student Profile: Meals: Administer My Students
- Student Profile: Meals: Administer All Students
- Student Profile: Meals: View All Students
- Student Profile: Meals: View My Students
For instructions on how to assign these permissions to a staff member, please refer to the following guide: Viewing and Assigning Staff Permissions
Option 1: Accessing via the Dietary Requirements section
If you navigate to Students> Meals > Dietary Requirements, you can view a table that includes dietary requirements for all students in the school.
You can then use the green filter at the top of the page to select specific groups. To download this table into a report, select the grey Download option.
Option 2: Viewing on a student's profile
If you want to view an individual student's dietary requirements, you can do this on their individual profile by selecting the Meals option on the left-hand side of the profile and then scrolling down the page to the Dietary Requirements section.
You can also view this under the Medical section of the student's profile.
Option 3: Import a Report Template
If you want to run a more detailed report of all your current students with Dietary requirements or a list of allergies, you can use our Dietary Requirements Report Template. This will need to be imported into Arbor.
To do this, click the link at the bottom of this article to download the report template. Do not open the template. You can then import it into your site by following these instructions: Importing a report
This will then generate the report in your Custom Report Writer section and filter in the information automatically.
