If you want to run a report of all your current students who do not have a profile picture, you can use our 'Students with no photo' report template.
Click the link at the bottom of this article to download the report template. Do not open the template. You can then import it into your site by following these instructions: Importing a report
- Once you've run the report, you can then sort the Profile Picture column by clicking on the column title. This will group the blanks together.
- You could also filter the column.
Please note that you won't be able to add a filter to the whole report, so if you download the table students with profile pictures will be included.
