Can we change programme start and end dates in bulk?

Go to School > School Structure > Programmes of Study and click into a programme to select a Programme instance and manage your start and end dates.

Can we remove actual end dates in bulk?

It is not possible to remove actual end dates for programmes of study in bulk.

You'll need to click into each individual student - you can see how to do this here: Change programme completion status from Completed to Continuing

Can we change actual end dates in bulk?

It is not possible to change the actual end dates for programmes of study in bulk. This can only be set in bulk when using the Bulk Complete action.

You'll need to click into each individual student, click Edit and change the date.

Can we change planned dates in bulk?

It is possible to change the planned start and planned end dates for programmes of study in bulk.

• If your overall planned date is the same as individual students' planned dates, you can change the overall date and this will update all individual student's dates.
• If your overall planned date is different to individual students' planned dates, you can move the overall date to be the same as individual students' dates to bring them in line. Then change the overall date and this will update the individual student's dates

For example, here is my overall start date and some student's start dates are different.

I can change the overall start date to the same date for those students. This will then bring all my start dates in line.

I can then amend the overall start date again, so all or the start dates are the same.
