Error 4920 occurs when the first day of a staff absence is not set in the previous academic year. To resolve this, edit the start date to ensure it falls within the correct timeframe.
Error Message: First Day of absence must be in the previous academic year.
Resolution:
Make sure the start date of the staff absence begins in the previous year by editing it.
