Error Message: Teacher appears to be in first year of induction after more than 2 years in post. Please check
Resolution:
Go to School > All Staff > Bulk Update > Teacher Status. Click on the teacher and add in their NQT start date. Make sure this date is not 2 years after their start date at your school - if it should be, you'll need to add a validation note when submitting your census.
