Top up to payment accounts can only be made through the Parent Portal and Arbor App by guardians, or by staff for students.
It is not possible to pay at pay points, and have this transfer to the account balance in Arbor.
Your school will need to decide whether to accept payment methods such as cash, check or bank transfer and these have to be logged manually through Arbor.
