It is possible to pin items to the top of staff members' profiles on the MAT MIS. Go to Group Staff > Browse Staff > MAT Staff Profiles and find the staff member.
Medical and Dietary Requirements
Impairments
It isn't possible to pin impairments when adding them by clicking +Add.
Click an impairment, then click Edit to pin it.
Dietary requirements and medical condition
You can pin dietary requirements and medical conditions when adding them, or click them to edit and pin them.
Checks
It isn't possible to pin checks when adding them by clicking +Add.
Click a check, then click Edit to pin it.
Unpin a pinned item
Go to the staff member's profile and click on the pinned item. Click Edit.
Do not click delete as that will delete the item itself. Untick the Pin box and click Save Changes.
