Can we delete an incorrect TimeTabler file we've imported?

You may wish to replace a timetable already imported for next year that has been set up incorrectly, or that you've made changes to in TimeTabler and want to write over in Arbor.

It isn't possible for school users to delete a file imported from TimeTabler.

If you need to upload a new timetable, you can can follow the steps in this section of this article: Replacing next year's import

We can delete the changes made as a result of the most recently imported TimeTabler file for you for a timetable import for the next academic year only. Please contact the Arbor Support Team if supported by Arbor, or your Support Partner if not supported by Arbor.

Please note that while the course mappings can be removed, the file you imported will still show on the import page.

Because the file is still there, and you cannot import the same file from TimeTabler twice, you will need to run the export again. The name of the file will be the same when you do this, but it will still appear as a new file in Arbor when it is imported.

You can then import the tweaked file.
