Students cannot view their account balances, or make top up payments through the Student Portal.
Guardians can do this through the Parent Portal or Arbor App, or staff can do this through Arbor.
If you use one of our Cashless catering integrations with Civica or Live Register, they may offer a way for students to check their balances in the system outside of Arbor, such as at the point of purchase through the till or ordering systems.
