During the New School Year Setup process, you copy over the year groups you will have the next academic year. Don’t worry if your year groups will have different names next year - we'll show you how to amend or rename the name in this article.
Go to Students > Enrolment > Year Groups and:
- select the year group to change the name for this year.
- use the academic year drop-down to select the next year, then select the year group. To be able to rename your year groups for next year, you must have completed Step 3 of the New School Year Setup process.
Click into the name field, make the name change then click Save Changes.
