The Advanced Support Team at Arbor provides tailored support for large schools and MATs with complex setups. They offer personalized support calls, custom reports, and direct access to experts to enhance school operations. Team members come from diverse backgrounds in education and customer service, all dedicated to improving school workflows.

Advanced Support is Arbor's premium support offering and designed for large schools and MAT's who have a more complex set-up and configuration, and feel they do things a little differently. The Advanced Support service gives you a direct line to an expert who really understands your unique set-up and can give you quick, tailored solutions.
You get 1 on 1 support with more technical school workflows through free, personalised 60-minute Support Calls (6 per year) and an unlimited amount of 15-minute Support Calls, via Zoom. Finally, Advanced Support takes the hassle out of reporting with a bank of 10 custom reports and 2 live feeds, set up for you by your own Analyst.

Hi, I'm Josie and I'm one of the Team Lead's here at Arbor. I have worked for Arbor for over a year and I oversee the Advanced Support Team. I have worked in Operations and Customer Service Management for over 16 years and love it here at Arbor as I feel we can really make a difference and add value for schools. When I'm not at work I obviously love spending time with my family and friends but I'm also a dedicated runner (albeit a bit of a slow one) and I love a good book; Crime Fiction being my genre of choice (you can't beat a good "who done it")

Hi, I'm Chantel and I always knew I wanted to work in education, so after secondary school, I went to college to study Childcare and Education. After college, I took a gap year and worked in retail and customer-facing roles before going to University of Bedfordshire to study Education Studies. I graduated in 2018 and I worked in the NHS and in university accommodation before getting a job within Arbor. Outside of work, I love reading, cooking, creating cocktails and spending time with family and friends.

Hi, I'm Leah! I have recently joined the Advanced Support team coming from our First Line Team. I have worked in customer service for over 11 years in the automotive and telecommunications industry before joining Arbor and I really enjoy helping people, making their day easier whenever I can. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and watching Netflix but most importantly my German Shepherd Khaleesi who I love to take on countryside walks and of course photograph!

Hi, I’m Johnny! I joined the Advanced Support team after starting on First line support in 2022. I have worked in customer service for over a decade in a range of sectors covering hospitality, retail and finance (including a misguided couple of months in debt collection…) However, I would have to say that Edtech is my favourite. Outside of work, I love traveling and I’m currently learning German - approaching a 100-day streak on Duolingo!

Hi, I'm Robin! I was born and raised in Belfast, Northern Ireland. I graduated from the University of Bedfordshire with a first-class honours degree before moving into education. From here, I spent 3 years teaching SEND students in a high school, before moving to teach in primary schools. After spending years being the “go-to” person for fixing computers (asking “have you tried turning it off and on again?” at least three times a day), I’m now so thrilled to be working for Arbor - combining my love for education with my love for fixing problems. In my spare time, I love going on adventures with my two wild boys and equally wild husband, as well as being a big Marvel nerd!

Hi, I'm Jess, and I was born and raised in Durham. I graduated from Newcastle University with a Psychology degree before moving to Leeds to complete a Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology. I have a passion for helping people and prioritising wellbeing. Therefore, I am really excited to be working with Arbor to support schools to problem solve and reduce stress-inducing workload. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and learning about new cultures, spending time with family and friends, and staying active which I do by playing Korfball competitively. I am also a Granny at heart and love to curl up with a good book and cup of tea and have recently taught myself to knit.

Hi, I'm Sarah and I joined the Advanced Support team at Arbor following 10 years as a primary school teacher. It's really interesting to see education from 'the other side' of the system, and I particularly enjoy helping school staff with using Arbor efficiently to reduce workload and streamline processes. Outside of work, most of my spare time is spent walking and training my gorgeous mastiff cross, Rusty. He's quite partial to long snoozes on the sofa, which is lucky as I also love reading!

Hi, I'm Jacalyn! I was born and raised in Canada and moved to Leeds in 2018. I’ve recently joined Advanced Support after starting with the First Line Team in 2021. I have previously worked in customer service for 15 years primarily in the hospitality and aviation industry. I love learning, problem-solving and helping others so joining Arbor was the perfect place to combine all three! In my spare time, I enjoy crafting, reading and learning piano and French!

Hi, I'm Jack and I lived in Leeds, West Yorkshire all my life. I initially began my career In IT support with experience in both the vehicle remarketing and CRM industries. My passion and drive for producing great customer support grew and I knew I wanted to excel in this, leading me to Arbor. After understanding Arbor’s mission and story I knew this was the place for me. When not working I enjoy spending time with friends and family, travelling or looking for my next quest to finally win a pub quiz.

Hi, I'm Emily! I started my career at the age of 18, working for a leading health-tech company in a customer support role from 2014-2018. Since then, I have remained in the healthcare and charity sectors in various roles but have always been hunting for the right next move. The prospect of the Advanced Support role at Arbor reignited my desire to work for a growing tech company! When I'm not at work, you'll find me looking after my parents' Lhasa Apso Charlie, watching the F1, reading dystopian fiction, knitting, or tending to my 60+ houseplants!

Hey, I'm Jade! I began my career in the MIS Support industry at the age of 19, where I gained a deep understanding of MISs. Seeking to advance, I took on the role of Advanced Support at Arbor to further develop my expertise in MIS and make a greater impact in the field. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cat Marie, building lego, and exploring the world through my camera lens.

Hey, I'm Katy! I was born in Leeds, graduated from Edinburgh University and spent many years enjoying the sunny climes in Greece before moving back to Yorkshire (not for the weather!). I'm looking forward to using my teaching and customer service experience in my role at Arbor. Outside of work, I love yoga, wild swimming and spending time with my family and best buddy rescue dog, Rocky.

Hey I’m Becca! I’m based in Lincoln and have had a variety of different roles including working in the NHS, rehabbing injured dogs and running a small fudge business. I started Arbor in 2023 on 1st line support and have now moved to the Advanced Support Team. Outside of work, I love training/playing with my dog, watching wrestling and going to as many gigs as I can!
