If Vacancy Post is HDT, DHT, EXH, or AHT then Subject must not be provided.
- Go to School > Data > Export > Data Returns
- Select the census.
- Click the SWF Census button in the slide over. You can also click Census Overview on the left-hand side of your Census.
- Click into your vacancy on census date
- Change the Subject to Not Applicable.
