Arbor Foundations: Parental Engagement

Aimed at School Administrators and Office Managers, this course will show you how to set up and use the Parent App and Parent Portal to manage your communication and engagement with Parents and Guardians.

This course combines e-learning on the Arbor Training Hub and an Arbor Foundations-style webinar so you can learn at your own pace before joining a session to learn alongside other schools online.

  • Managing your Parent Portal settings
  • Releasing the Parent Portal
  • Setting up and using In-App Messaging
  • Creating and managing parental consents
  • Setting up and managing Guardian Consultations
