Arbor New User training

Become an Arbor expert with our New User Training. Our training service will help get new staff up to speed on how to use the MIS efficiently and effectively as soon as possible.

This service is for new users within a school that already has Arbor, or for users that have moved into a different role.

This training package includes: 

  • Access to the Arbor Training Hub to book onto as many Arbor Academy sessions of their choice for a period of 365 days from the date of enrolment. More details on Arbor Academy here.
  • Access to resources to refer back to, plus a catalogue of other training options that they can book through your Account Manager.
  • A 1-2-1 training session with a member of the Training Team for questions and answers on topics of their choice.
  • Pro or Expert level reached in the Arbor Training Hub on completion.
