This article explains how to download a consent report in Arbor, allowing users to view consents for students. It details the process of creating a custom report to include specific consents and how to interpret the results, including confirmed, denied, and pending consents.
In Arbor, you can request for parents to consent to certain things, such as photos. In the Consents area, you can see consents for each student, but not an overview of all consents.
You can create a report for all consents in the Custom Report Writer. Just create a report about Students and select Today to only include current students.
It isn't possible to import a template report for consents, because they'll be different for different schools.
Add columns for each of the consents you want to include in your report. You can then add any filters etc and see your report.
When you save and view your report, you'll see a list of students, and whether each consent has been confirmed or denied. Please note that any pending consents will show as a cross, because consent has not been given yet.
