We do not have DM or PM functionality in Arbor.
You cannot send communications that can only be read by the recipient through Arbor.
This is because anyone who has the right permissions can access the messages sent in the Communication Log. See the Staff permissions section here for a list of these.
You would need to send a message outside of Arbor (such as a direct email) if you do not wish to share the message.
