You may find that registers that should have been taken in your previous MIS before migrating to Arbor are showing as Incomplete or Unopened Registers.
- If these lessons are needed to ensure students have no missing Statutory Roll Call attendance marks, you will need to complete them.
- If you are sure that these registers are not needed and student attendance has migrated, follow the instructions below.
All you'll need to do is change the start date for the timetable slots so they start on the first day your school was using Arbor, instead of before your go-live date.
To do this, follow these instructions and use the Edit Effective Dates option: Editing timetable slots in bulk
Once done, the registers will no longer show on the Incomplete Registers page.
