Stand-alone ad hoc marks
If you've not chosen to link your ad hoc assessment to summative assessment when setting it up, you should use the Ad hoc marksheet to mark your ad hoc assessment.
Go to Students > Assessments > Summative Tracking > Mark Entry > Ad Hoc Marksheet.
Use the filters at the top of the page to select the assessment and other parameters including date and student groups.
To input marks, simply click on the individual cells and you will have the option to choose the type of mark from the drop-down menu or input the mark manually.
Linked ad hoc marks
If you've linked your ad hoc assessment to summative assessment when setting it up, you can use the summative marksheet to add your ad hoc assessment marks.
Go to Students > Assessments > Summative Tracking > Mark Entry > Marksheet.
The full marksheet
Add marks in bulk for multiple Ad-Hoc assessments linked to a course.
- Admins - Go to School > Programmes > Courses to select the class, then go to Assessment > Full Marksheet from the left-hand menu.
- Teachers - Go to My Items > My Classes and select Full Marksheet for the class.
You can then use the bulk actions to mark student's Ad-Hoc assessments.
