The article provides instructions on managing superannuation schemes within the school's HR system, including adding new schemes, viewing details, amending names or codes, and linking schemes to staff contracts.
Go to School > All Staff > HR Admin > Superannuation Schemes.
The Superannuation Scheme Dashboard shows a list of the current superannuation schemes and pension schemes set up by the school. New schemes can also be added by clicking on +Add and inputting the basic information about the scheme.
To view more details about a scheme click on the scheme from the dashboard, from the slide over click on More Information.
To amend either the name or code of the scheme click on them and update accordingly.
To add the value of the scheme click +Add in the Values section and input the dates and amount.
Please note: The superannuation values do not contribute towards the census, so there is no requirement to add these if you don't wish to.
To edit the value of the scheme click on the specific value and from the slide over click on edit.
The Active Staff Contracts list shows staff members that have the scheme linked to their contract.
To add the scheme to a staff member's contract, go to the Contracts section of their Staff Profile.
In the slide over, select the superannuation scheme then click Save Changes.
