Live Feeds Training

At Arbor, we know that analysing your school data can be tricky. To ensure our schools/MATs get all the support they need to start using Live Feeds effectively to visualise their Arbor data, we have created a consultative approach to training.

Live Feeds at Arbor is carried out by our Customer Education Specialists who have excellent knowledge of the reports that can be created in Arbor to support collation and visualisation of your data.

The approach for schools and MATs wanting to engage with the service is the same, but due to the amount of data being processed, more hours are needed for MAT training. To find out more, please take at look at the information about some of these services below.

To book your Live Feeds Consultation or to discuss how this would benefit your school/MAT, please contact us via
customersales@arbor-education.com.

Live Feeds Consultation

All Live Feeds sessions start with a 1 hour consultation.

The aim of the Consultation is for the school/MAT and a Customer Education Specialist to agree on the best approach to setting up and using reports on Excel (preferred) or Google Sheets.

This will include:

  • A questionnaire to complete with your Customer Education Specialist;
  • An example report similar to what your setting would like to build. Please note: It is advised to bring your setting's branding policy and colour codes to help get the look of the report right for you.

Setup Training

Once you have completed your Consultation, the next step is to have your setup training to learn how to create / amend the reports or report templates discussed in your consultation.

The length of time for this training will vary depending on your school's or MAT's needs.

Schools will book a 2 hour setup session and can purchase additional hours if they would like to explore more reports / dashboards.

MATs will book a 2 hour setup session to start and will have a further 3 hours setup due to the complexities and size of the data that is being used.

The aim of the setup training is to create any reports needed on Arbor to Live Feed to a live document. You will then be shown how to compile and process the data into the meaningful dashboard / report that was agreed upon in consultation.
