Aimed at School Administrators and Office Managers, these courses will teach you how to setup and manage your Meals offering in Arbor.
Accessible from the Training hub, the learning path consists of 2 courses:
Meals Setup:
Setting up a new school meal, creating provisions, setting prices, adding a meal sitting, adding meal sitting attendees, setting student meal patterns, dietary requirements & setting account balances
Additionally, setting up rotating meal menus & selecting meals from the Parent Portal (for customers on the Perform package)
Meals Management:
Regular areas for reporting & managing Meals, such as:
Daily Summary & totals, dietary requirement report, adding ad hoc student/staff meals, viewing and printing meal registers, managing meal balances, meals reporting, managing changes to student/staff meals, dietary requirements & individual payment queries

- Student Profile: Meals: Administer All Students - Set up and manage meals for students
- Student Profile: Meals: View All Students - View meal patterns and choices for students
- Staff Profile: Meals: View - View meal patterns and choices for staff
- Staff Profile: Meals: Administer - Set up and manage meals for staff
- Finance: View - View finance-related data in the MIS
- Finance: Administer - Administer finance-related data in the MIS
